What you'll do
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-impact issues in critical facility systems.
Improve standards and operational practices across electrical, mechanical, cooling, and control infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance for upgrades, retrofits, expansions, and major maintenance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure reliable operational outcomes.
Mentor less experienced technicians to enhance their technical capability and troubleshooting skills.
Review and maintain technical documentation including procedures, drawings, one-lines, settings, and test plans.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience with mission-critical facility systems in data centers or similar high-availability operations
Advanced trade qualification, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience in electrical/mechanical fields
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities for complex issues
Ability to lead and guide operational improvements and support critical decisions
Experience reviewing technical documentation and procedures for consistency and quality
Journeyman or Master Electrician license, HVAC/mechanical credential, or relevant trade qualification
OEM or manufacturer certifications on critical power systems, HVAC infrastructure, controls platforms, or building systems
