Data Analytics Engineer

What you'll do

• Design data-driven AI and machine learning solutions to meet complex business needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and executive expectations through effective project management.
• Evangelize data strategy by leading design, documentation, and cross-team negotiations.
• Lead technology proof of concepts to ensure the feasibility of architectural solutions.
• Provide technical architecture direction for engineers to support established technical patterns.
• Drive continuous technology transformation to minimize technical debt and improve system efficiency.
• Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies within the enterprise.
• Define target state technology architectures and roadmaps aligned with IT initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
• Advanced data analytics skills using ML, AI, and GenAI are required.
• Expert understanding of relational/NoSQL data stores, database architecture, ontology, and taxonomy design.
• Experience in systems analysis and application program development is required.
• Experience with various technical programming languages and phase report studies is required.
• Proven experience driving change, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and executive leadership to achieve business outcomes.
