Data Analyst, Digital & E-commerce

What you'll do

• Extract, transform, and visualize data from large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Build detailed reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, and Python to communicate complex data.
• Prepare data models to identify and interpret trends or patterns within complex datasets.
• Support business conclusions using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that ensure data integrity.
• Utilize advanced analytics and AI-driven approaches, such as predictive modeling, to enhance decision-making.
• Measure objectives and key results by asking questions about business goals and project workstreams.
• Translate complex technical ideas into clear stories for both business and technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates must have 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst with strong academic performance in a quantitative field.
• Intermediate SQL experience writing complex queries is required.
• Experience in analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, R, Domo, or Adobe Analytics is required.
• Experience leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven approaches like predictive modeling or machine learning is required.
• Knowledge of AB Testing methods, time series, S&OP planning, and forecasting models is required.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills to translate ideas between business and technical teams.
• Experience building detailed reports and dashboards using various tools and data visualizations is required.
