What you'll do

  • Develop and implement cybersecurity deliverables for product software releases and provide technical responses to customer inquiries.
  • Protect manufacturing assets through security controls, vulnerability assessments, risk evaluations, and mitigation activities.
  • Evaluate the cybersecurity posture of third-party vendors and suppliers providing components or services.
  • Conduct comprehensive software assessments and threat modeling to identify risks throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Manage security for applications and computing assets across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Participate in incident breach and response activities for products and supporting applications.
  • Advance cyber threat and vulnerability management programs to ensure consistent identification and monitoring of threats.
  • Provide technical advice and training regarding potential security risks and prevention strategies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically in cybersecurity, information security, or software security.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards including NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62304, and Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture.
  • Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC), vulnerability management, threat modeling, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Understanding of product safety risk and its relationship with product cybersecurity risk.
  • Preferred industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or GSEC.
  • Preferred experience in medical device security, cloud security, or secure software development.
