What you'll do

  • Build and configure cyber range content including virtual machines, networks, accounts, and exercise injects.
  • Support the planning, construction, and execution of cybersecurity training and mission rehearsal events.
  • Implement and operate offensive and defensive training tools, such as red cell tools and sensors.
  • Provide virtual infrastructure and network support for VMware environments, including DNS and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
  • Perform network administration tasks including readiness checks, user access support, and rapid issue resolution.
  • Maintain Windows and Linux hosts through patching, baseline configuration, and lab state restoration.
  • Create technical documentation such as build notes, runbooks, and diagrams to ensure repeatable event delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and experience, or total relevant experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI polygraph if requested.
  • Current DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, or CISSP).
  • Hands-on experience in both Windows and Linux operating system environments.
  • Experience working with VMware and supporting systems within virtualized infrastructures.
  • Relevant networking engineering certification.
  • Relevant Cloud/VMware or RedHat/Linux/Windows certifications.
  • 5+ years of combined experience with CNO, CNE, or CND platforms and cyber training exercises.
