What you'll do

Develop internal security platforms including backend services, REST APIs, and web-based analyst dashboards.
Build and maintain agentic AI pipelines using LLMs and RAG architectures to automate security analysis and evidence collection.
Create data processing pipelines to ingest structured and unstructured security artifacts like policies and scan outputs.
Design reporting and triage interfaces to surface security findings and compliance risks to internal stakeholders.
Develop automation scripts in Python, Go, or TypeScript to streamline data collection and platform operations.
Translate complex security program requirements from GRC and AppSec teams into technical features and data models.
Manage the technical direction of a small team by conducting code reviews and leading sprint ceremonies.
Monitor and report on platform health, adoption metrics, and delivery KPIs to engineering leadership.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience is required.
Experience with a Bachelor’s degree or with an Advanced Degree (preferred).
Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript across a polyglot stack (preferred).
Experience building web applications using frameworks like Next.js/React and backend services like FastAPI or Node.js (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tooling, including LLM integration, RAG pipelines, or agent orchestration (preferred).
Working knowledge of application security or GRC domains such as OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS (preferred).
Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and workflow tools like JIRA or ServiceNow (preferred).
Industry certifications such as Security+, SSCP, or CISSP are a plus.
