What you'll do

Supervise multiple Enterprise Security Operations Center teams across geographically dispersed locations.
Oversee the monitoring of both unclassified and classified networks.
Direct incident response activities including detection, analysis, and remediation of security incidents.
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams regarding firewalls, SIEM, and intrusion prevention systems.
Perform post-incident analysis and develop root-cause remediation plans to improve security posture.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure all operations comply with established policies and mission objectives for classified information access.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field with supervision responsibilities for multiple Enterprise Security Operations Center teams and monitoring unclassified and classified networks.
Experience in cybersecurity technologies including IDS/IPS, Firewalls, SIEM, Log Analysis, and Incident Response.
Experience leading teams, managing projects, and providing technical guidance.
Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.
Knowledge of post-incident analysis, root-cause remediation planning, and SOC operations (preferred); TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
