The Cyber SOC Manager leads the organization’s incident response operations, ensuring all activities align with policy and mission objectives. What we're looking for
Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or CS with 12+ years of experience supervising multiple enterprise SOC teams and monitoring multiple unclassified and classified networks.
Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security with 10+ years of experience supervising multiple enterprise SOC teams and monitoring multiple unclassified and classified networks.
Experience with security operations, incident response, threat analysis, and tools such as EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and Log Analysis.
Experience applying incident response methodologies in operational environments.
Experience with leadership, including leading teams, managing projects, and providing technical guidance.
CISSP, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), or Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) Certification.
Experience coordinating complex incidents involving multiple business units or locations (preferred).
