As part of the Reinvention Delivery Engine pod, this role involves working embedded within a client’s organization to ensure AI systems are secure, governed, and resilient in complex environments. You will lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments, including LLM systems, multi-agent pipelines, RAG architectures, and MLOps infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include building automated detection systems, threat response tooling, and governance frameworks using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as the primary development environment. You will manage security risks like prompt injection and model extraction while implementing controls across AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms. The role requires expertise in identity management, data pipeline security, and navigating regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF to protect production-scale AI systems from emerging cyber threats.
Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Build AI-powered detection systems, automated response tools, and governance frameworks using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
Manage AI-specific threat surfaces including prompt injection hardening, model extraction prevention, and supply chain security.
Architect and govern enterprise-wide security controls for identity, data pipelines, and model serving across cloud platforms.
Implement AI governance frameworks such as the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF into live production systems.
Develop risk-adjusted investment cases and security architecture roadmaps for client C-suite leadership.
Create reusable security patterns, playbooks, and accelerators to scale across multiple client engagements.

What we're looking for
Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in areas like AppSec, SecOps, cloud security, IAM, or offensive security.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in a production environment.
Minimum 6 years of demonstrated end-to-end security delivery ownership experience in a client-embedded or production environment.
Minimum 6 years of experience with cloud platform security fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as the primary development environment.
Ability to communicate technical security risks in business terms for C-suite stakeholders.
Experience managing, developing, and performance-managing a team of engineers.
Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
