Senior Manager Associate Director Secure AI Architect

What you'll do

• Design, set up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions for enterprise clients.
• Translate complex AI security concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives for C-suite and executive audiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to build the business case for recommended AI solutions.
• Drive sales opportunities by contributing to RFIs, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Develop and coach manager-level teams through project delivery and professional development.
• Contribute to the creation of Secure AI service offerings and internal assets to differentiate company capabilities.
• Maintain frontier expertise in LLM deployment, agentic frameworks, and AI security governance.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity with domain expertise in AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Secure AI domain such as architecture, adversarial AI, or infrastructure security for AI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agentic coding fluency using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI architecture including LLM deployment, RAG pipelines, and MLOps.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-specific security such as OWASP LLM Top 10 and prompt injection.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI governance frameworks like the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF.
• Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business narratives for C-suite audiences (preferred).
