Cybersecurity AI Forward Deployed Engineer Manager

What you'll do

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Build AI-powered detection systems, automated threat response tooling, and governance automation using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Manage AI-specific threat surfaces including OWASP LLM Top 10 controls, prompt injection hardening, and model extraction prevention.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI security controls for identity, data pipelines, and model serving across cloud platforms.
• Implement AI governance frameworks such as the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF on live production systems.
• Develop risk-adjusted investment cases and security architecture roadmaps for client CISO and CTO leadership.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, and accelerators to scale across multiple client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops with client engineering and security leadership teams.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in AppSec, SecOps, cloud security, IAM, offensive security, or GRC.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in a production environment.
• Minimum 6 years of demonstrated end-to-end security delivery ownership experience in a client-embedded or production environment.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with cloud platform security fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience; 6 years if Associate's Degree).
• Proven ability to communicate security risk in business terms to CISO or CFO stakeholders.
• Experience managing, developing, and performance-managing a team of engineers.
• Ability to travel from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
