Cyber Software Engineering Department Manager III

What you'll do

• Manage a team supporting multiple programs, projects, and initiatives within the Navigation, Intelligence & Connectivity division.
• Provide direct performance feedback and career development mentoring to team members.
• Perform technical leadership tasks and engineering oversight for at least 50% of the role's time.
• Ensure the offensive cyber engineering team meets all technical requirements for supported programs.
• Manage staffing requirements, including workload forecasting, drafting requisitions, and performing hiring manager duties.
• Identify rotational opportunities and foster a high-performing work environment for employees.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and meet objectives.

What we're looking for

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• An active Secret security clearance is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 12 years of experience, or Master's degree with 10 years of experience, or a PhD.
• 8 years of proven leadership skills in functional engineering management.
• 5 years of technical manager experience.
• Experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Proficiency in offensive cyber software development and related engineering processes.
