What you'll do

Design, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure database and software security.
Interpret and apply enterprise cybersecurity policies, including Acceptable Use of IT Assets.
Conduct cyber risk assessments, evidence reviews, and compliance checks.
Manage compliance for Privacy, NIST, RMF, and FISMA frameworks.
Synthesize cyber risk, system posture, and compliance gaps into actionable remediation plans.
Support continuous RMF compliance cycles and risk mitigation workflows.
Lead or coordinate compliance readiness for audits, assessments, and enterprise governance activities.
Review and guide the activities of junior employees.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience interpreting and applying enterprise cybersecurity policies.
Experience conducting cyber risk assessments, evidence reviews, and compliance checks.
Experience with IA or cybersecurity in areas including Privacy, NIST, RMF, and FISMA.
DoD 8140 or Cyberspace Workforce (CWF) Certification, such as CASP+, Security+, or SSCP.
Experience with continuous compliance platforms or automated compliance tooling (preferred).
Experience synthesizing cyber risk, system posture, and compliance gaps into remediation plans (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
