What you'll do

Review and develop information system security documentation including System Security Plans and Risk Assessment Reports.
Perform system and network self-inspections and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Implement countermeasures and manage Plans of Action & Milestones (POAMs) to remediate security weaknesses.
Maintain information system security records and ensure audit records are collected and documented.
Develop and maintain a security program to ensure IT asset compliance with ICD 503 and DoD regulations.
Conduct continuous monitoring of information systems to proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Participate in the Security Configuration Control Board and various security-focused working groups.

What we're looking for

Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) I certification (Security+).
Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST 800-53, and 32 CFR (NISPOM).
Familiarity with personnel security, physical security accreditation, and IC/DoD policies.
U.S. citizens.
