What you'll do

  • Lead the research, design, development, and implementation of algorithmic modules.
  • Perform feasibility studies for classical and ML/DL based computer vision algorithms.
  • Develop algorithms for defect detection, classification, metrology, and image analysis.
  • Prototype algorithm approaches to solve complex problems based on customer use cases.
  • Validate and benchmark algorithms on large datasets using data-driven approaches.
  • Write and maintain optimized, production-quality code for integration into inspection tools.
  • Optimize algorithm performance through efficient use of compute resources.
  • Productize new algorithmic solutions that meet specific technical specifications.

What we're looking for

  • New Ph.D. graduate or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience for candidates with a Master's degree.
  • Strong background in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning technology.
  • Expertise in C/C++, Python, and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of GPU programming using CUDA or OpenCL.
  • Experience working in the semiconductor industry.
  • Working knowledge with AI coding tools (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
