What you'll do

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on M365 core workloads like SharePoint, Copilot, or Teams.
  • Support M365 customers through global 24x7x365 support delivery teams.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs to drive product improvements with M365 service teams.
  • Optimize existing processes and tools to enhance internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to resolve escalations and improve products.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on cloud, technical support, or customer experience engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft 365 products and application development/deployment.
  • Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Certification in Microsoft Cloud Technologies (e.g., MSCE) or equivalent competitive cloud technologies preferred.
