What you'll do

  • Resolve complex technical issues faced by customers in critical environments.
  • Provide feedback to software engineering on customer impact and product quality.
  • Engage with critical customer accounts to provide Mission Critical Support using Intune.
  • Drive bug resolution and feature requests directly with Software Engineering teams.
  • Identify trends from customer usage data to drive improvements into the product.
  • Experiment with AI to simplify problem-solving and enhance positive customer experiences.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least 2 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Intune/Microsoft management solutions with deep troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience managing large cloud-based environments and deploying Windows 11, Mobile Device Management, or Autopilot.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with SDLC in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Leadership experience in ensuring high availability of enterprise systems through supportability and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SCIM technologies and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
