  • Optimize internal processes and tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to resolve escalations and drive product improvements.
  • Lead initiatives for M365 service improvement programs to advance capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 2+ years of experience in technology industry, cloud, or customer experience engineering.
  • Experience deploying M365 Services for large organizations.
  • Proven history of customer obsession with demonstrated engagement such as blog posts or how-to videos.
  • Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Certification in Microsoft Cloud Technologies (e.g., MSCE) is preferred.
  • Understanding and experience migrating from third-party platforms to Microsoft 365.
