What you'll do

  • Track and manage customer incidents, providing status updates and communicating progress effectively.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues using advanced diagnostics with minimal guidance.
  • Design new features or automation to improve product quality and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted technical liaison between engineering teams and customer stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures and email security technologies like Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
  • Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Defender for Office 365 policies and threat investigation workflows.
  • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing telemetry data using Kusto Query Language (KQL) within the Microsoft Defender portal.
  • Basic skills in interpreting email threat reports, phishing simulation results, and security posture recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and Security Copilot capabilities to enhance customer experience.
