Platform Support Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Design and implement secure IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime.
• Integrate development, operations, and security practices to ensure efficient software delivery.
• Oversee the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate continuous integration and deployment processes to improve software development efficiency.
• Implement security infrastructure and manage incidents to protect organizational assets.
• Mentor team members to develop their skills and improve performance in meeting client expectations.
• Analyze system interactions to optimize overall network, server, and data center performance.

What we're looking for

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Preference for a degree in Analytics, Data Science, AI, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics (preferred).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
• Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and GitLab for DevOps processes (preferred).
• Ability to implement Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions effectively (preferred).
• Experience managing security operations with platforms like Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike (preferred).
• Experience in continuous integration and deployment methodologies (preferred).
