DevOps Manager

What you'll do

• Integrate development, operations, and security practices to ensure secure and efficient software delivery.
• Design and implement robust IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime.
• Manage the deployment and configuration of cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server.
• Coordinate continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline software development cycles.
• Utilize Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins for automated software provisioning and infrastructure management.
• Implement security controls and incident management strategies to protect applications and data.
• Mentor junior staff and manage team performance to meet client expectations and project goals.
• Oversee the deployment of production AI/ML workloads using MLOps and LLMOps practices.

What we're looking for

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, AI/Robotics, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics (preferred).
• Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server (preferred).
• Experience deploying production AI/ML workloads using CI/CD, containerization, and MLOps/LLMOps practices (preferred).
• Proficiency with Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, and GitLab (preferred).
• Experience managing security infrastructure with Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike (preferred).
• Proven ability in strategic planning and mentoring junior staff (preferred).
