CTIO AI Engineer Sr Associate

What you'll do

• Develop and implement AI solutions to enhance product offerings.
• Build and nurture meaningful professional relationships with clients.
• Use advanced analytical techniques and machine learning to drive innovation.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines for data retrieval.
• Deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
• Mentor junior team members and manage project workflows.
• Lead technical discovery in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Robotics.
• 3 years of professional experience developing AI/ML systems or integrating AI into products.
• Master's Degree (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering (preferred).
• Experience deploying LLMs into production and designing/optimizing RAG pipelines (preferred).
• Knowledge of orchestration tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and experience with agent-based systems (preferred).
• Ability to lead technical discovery, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and advocate for responsible AI principles (preferred).
• Experience contributing to AI research or open-source communities (preferred).
