As a Sr. Applied AI Engineer on the GTM Agentic AI Operations team, you will develop an orchestration layer to transform sales operations into automated agentic workflows for the Digital Media business. You will build, tune, and refine AI agents to streamline sales cycles, manage prompt engineering, and implement API/MCP integrations while maintaining logic documentation. The role requires expert-level Python proficiency with a focus on object-oriented code and rigorous testing. You will work with LLM stacks including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangChain. Technical requirements include experience with RAG pipelines, Vector Databases such as Pinecone or Milvus, Databricks, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Your work solves the problem of manual task bottlenecks by creating an always-on operating layer to connect strategy and execution.
Build, tune, and refine AI agents to automate and streamline sales operational tasks.
Implement and optimize AI prompts and context to ensure high-quality outputs and performance.
Research and integrate API and MCP connections into the existing infrastructure.
Develop orchestrated workflows across multiple agents to improve process efficiency.
Perform last-mile data transformations to connect source data with agentic systems.
Maintain technical documentation, monitor system performance, and realign agents as technologies evolve.
What we're looking for
BS/Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Business Analytics, Math, or Statistics.
7+ years of experience in applied AI engineering or a related role.
At least 2 years of experience in agentic development or with a combination of context and timely engineering.
Expert-level Python proficiency with an emphasis on modular, object-oriented code, strict typing, and rigorous testing for production.
Experience building real-time interactive agents and batch agentic workflow processes in production.
Applied experience with multiple LLM stacks (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration systems like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangChain.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), REST APIs, containerization (Docker, K8s), and managing Vector Databases for RAG pipelines.
Proficiency in Databricks and SQL to drive scalable data architecture and integrate vector databases and memory strategies.
