Cross Functional Test Lead, Retail Engineering

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end integration testing processes for retail projects.
• Establish QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and methodologies for the testing team.
• Lead and coordinate activities for both onsite and offshore testing teams.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Partner with Automation Leads to reduce regression cycles through a goal of 100% automation.
• Identify project risks and present mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Collaborate with business partners and developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Manage test data and environment setup for comprehensive end-to-end testing.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience developing and implementing test plans, QA processes, and methodologies.
• Strong experience performing manual and automation testing.
• Experience with automation framework and tools.
• Strong experience in test data and environment setup for end to end testing.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team as QA Lead (preferred).
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business partners, developers, and support teams (preferred).
