What you'll do

• Drive decisions influencing product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
• Develop and execute customer experience strategies for complex projects aligned with business objectives.
• Diagram service flows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key product touchpoints.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Integrate user experience design into product development processes across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze market trends and user research data to optimize experiences across various platforms.
• Create visual representations of user journeys including storyboards and prototypes.
• Develop transformational innovation strategies and "north star" representations to drive customer-centric decisions.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with in-depth knowledge in disciplines like cloud, AI, or machine learning.
• Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Proven ability to develop transformational innovation strategies and "north star" representations to drive customer-centric decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including storytelling to persuade senior leaders (preferred).
