Associate, Software Engineering joins the Corporate Planning & Management team to develop, enhance, support, and maintain software solutions for global business operations. The role involves designing and implementing scalable technology solutions using internal and open-source services while participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user story refinement, testing, and deployment. Candidates will identify external technologies to transform financial businesses and internal platforms through innovative designs. Key technical competencies include proficiency in C++ or Java, building multi-threaded service-oriented enterprise applications in Unix environments, and utilizing tools such as Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, or Kafka. Experience with relational database management systems like Sybase or Oracle, micro-services architecture including REST, and query languages such as SQL or NoSQL technologies like MongoDB is required to ensure robust, scalable solutions across various business lines.

What we're looking for
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and one year of experience is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and two years of experience is required.
Experience must include at least five of the following: C++ or Java; full SDLC; multi-threaded/multi-process service-oriented applications in Unix; Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, or Kafka; RDBMS like Sybase or Oracle; micro-services architecture; and SQL or NoSQL technologies.
Experience must include requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and production support.
Ability to develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using internal and open-source services.
Ability to design and maintain robust testing suites for safe and scalable solutions.
