Corporate Planning & Management, Strategic Sourcing Spend Management Associate or Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop multi-year global strategies using category management techniques to meet commercial and operational objectives.
• Create and execute procurement strategies and key initiatives for the Professional Fees spending category.
• Manage relationships and escalations with strategic vendors while identifying opportunities to reduce risk or increase revenue.
• Establish consistent contract structures, pricing models, and service level agreements to determine total cost of ownership.
• Partner with legal counsel to ensure proper agreement forms and contractor compliance with terms and conditions.
• Track and report on vendor management activities against sourcing KPIs and spend trends.
• Ensure compliance with the firm's Third Party Risk and Control Framework and ESG commitments.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Operations to drive digitization of procurement processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Post Graduation degree.
• Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category management.
• Experience in indirect spending is required, with a preference for professional fees sourcing (IT services).
• Strong technical, strategic, and project management skills are required.
• A strong foundation in supply chain management, procurement, vendor management, legal/contracting, and operational risk management is required.
• Experience negotiating complex, high-profile contracts including incentivized service level agreements (preferred).
• Proficiency with Sourcing procure to pay tools such as Ariba, Fieldglass, or PMweb (preferred).
