As a Corporate Librarian within the Corporate Engineering Library team, you will support employees by providing access to research publications, technical information, and knowledge resources. Implement, maintain, and enhance library systems and information services to improve research workflows.
Deploy AI-enabled search and discovery technologies while ensuring compliance with licensing and governance requirements.
Conduct reference interviews and provide training on library resources for employees.
Manage vendor and publisher relationships to support subscriptions and content access.
Maintain the library website, information architecture, and related technical systems.
Monitor and recommend improvements for emerging AI tools and specialized databases.
Identify opportunities for cross-functional system integration and improved user experience across the enterprise.
What we're looking for
Master's degree in Library and Information Science.
Experience in the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing industry, or a bachelor's degree in engineering, physical sciences, or a related technical field.
Experience administering or maintaining SharePoint-based information resources and knowledge repositories (preferred).
Experience with library systems, discovery platforms, databases, or related information management technologies (preferred).
Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their application to information discovery, enterprise search, research workflows, and knowledge management (preferred).
Familiarity with OpenAthens, Shibboleth, or similar authentication systems (preferred).
Experience supporting knowledge management, enterprise search, AI-enabled research tools, or digital transformation initiatives (preferred).
Ability to operate independently as a self-starter (preferred).
