As a Collections Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate within the Analytics and Business Strategy Execution team, you will support data-driven decisions to improve collections and recovery performance while managing operational expenses. What you'll do

Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using SQL, SAS, R, Python, or Alteryx.
Use predictive modeling and machine learning to forecast customer behavior and industry trends.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve collections and recovery performance.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency through AI technology and design thinking.
Create visualizations and narratives to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate across functions like Risk, Finance, and Legal to test and implement new initiatives.
Monitor business drivers and internal processes to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Manage multiple priorities in an agile environment to optimize return on investment and mitigate risk.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years of experience, or a Master’s/MBA with 2+ years of experience.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in statistics, finance, analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Alteryx), relational databases (Oracle/Teradata), and visualization tools (Tableau).
Ability to interpret and present data clearly using narratives and visualizations to drive action.
Experience solving problems through logical reasoning and simplifying complex techniques into actionable information.
PhD degree in a quantitative field (preferred).
Previous applied risk or analytical experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
Knowledge of Collections and Recovery in Auto, Card, Retail, or Business Banking products (preferred).
