What you'll do

  • Conduct industry and competitive research to identify potential targets aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
  • Track and manage deal timelines, workstreams, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Support post-close integration planning and monitor deal performance against projected outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related technical field.
  • 1 year or less of experience in investment banking.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting with strong attention to detail.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
