What you'll do

  • Validate data integrity and security within AI and analytics frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have at least 7 years of experience.
  • Experience developing natural language interfaces using Dialogflow and Amazon Lex.
  • Experience designing voice interfaces using Azure OpenAI and ChatGPT.
  • Proficiency in creating user-centric designs using Figma and Human-Centered Design principles.
  • Ability to lead the development of AI-powered contact center solutions and Agentic AI protocols.
  • Skills in conducting usability testing, research, and workflow analysis.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
