What you'll do

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML software stacks for internal teams and customers.

  • Assess technical feasibility by analyzing requirements with hardware architects and engineering leads.
  • Develop program schedules that account for software stack components and hardware/firmware dependencies.
  • Create staffing plans and improve processes for tracking projects and mitigating risks.
  • Manage resource tracking, status reporting, and issue communication for senior executives and customers.
  • Investigate technical details across firmware, compiler, runtime, tools, and application development teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across global sites to align operational efficiencies and project execution.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with AI/ML and Generative AI is required.
  • Experience in software development and deployment.
  • Experience leading complex, interrelated projects, programs, and functions (preferred).
  • Industry experience in project management (preferred).
  • Experience delivering software for new hardware products such as accelerators and GPUs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with open-source development, GitHub, and virtualization frameworks like Docker or Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office (preferred).
