Consulting Architect, Security

What you'll do

• Analyze customer business pain points and technical challenges to design tailored Elastic solution architectures.
• Create and manage project roadmaps for enterprise customers across complex environments.
• Lead technical workshops including whiteboarding, hands-on mentoring, and solution development.
• Perform hands-on deployment of Elastic products, including data onboarding, configuration, and API integration.
• Optimize data modeling, query performance, and cluster scaling for high-volume search and analytics.
• Conduct technical audits, platform migrations, and capacity planning in mission-critical environments.
• Resolve complex customer issues related to platform configuration, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to identify feature enhancements and resolve defects.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years as a Consulting Architect or senior IT functional leadership experience.
• History of working as a Consultant delivering professional services engagements.
• Solid experience deploying Elastic Security solutions or at least 2 years as a Security Analyst using SIEM or endpoint security applications.
• Hands-on experience in Linux and on-prem/cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Openstack.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, Go, or Chef/Puppet.
• Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and fundamental understanding of security tool capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to articulate business value to C-level stakeholders and lead technical workshops.
• BS in Computer Science or related field; certifications in Information Security and Elastic Certified Engineer certification (preferred).
