Consultant, Life Sciences Events Management Software Implementation

What you'll do

• Lead discovery and design sessions to guide customers toward standard, high-quality software configurations.
• Execute end-to-end software implementations using prescribed best practices and automation tools.
• Configure solutions, manage data migrations, and perform system validations on the Vault Platform.
• Guide customers in integrating the full event lifecycle including planning, speaker management, and compliance reporting.
• Manage project deliverables and proactively mitigate execution risks to meet key milestones.
• Provide technical advice to ensure products are implemented correctly for long-term customer success.

What we're looking for

• You must have 2+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• You must have an understanding of life sciences commercial event operations, including speaker programs, advisory boards, and transparency reporting.
• You must possess a strong technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines, and data integration patterns.
• You must have proven ability to lead customer discovery workshops and communicate complex architectural ideas simply.
• You must be able to challenge customers constructively to design the solutions they need.
• You must demonstrate operational discipline, high attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering results with speed and quality.
• You must be willing to travel up to 25–30% for key project milestones and customer discovery.
