Consultant, IT Product Implementation Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for assigned initiatives.
• Manage requirement changes while ensuring traceability, version control, and auditability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Develop clear acceptance criteria, use cases, and user stories to support design, build, and testing activities.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain process flows, functional models, and solution documentation like workflows and wireframes.
• Perform impact analysis on supported applications and integrations to ensure scope completeness.
• Support test planning by creating test scenarios, cases, and data aligned to requirements.
• Facilitate requirement discussions, refinement sessions, and cross-functional meetings between business stakeholders and technical teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role (preferred).
• Proven experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and partnering with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and the role of Business Analysis across delivery phases.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise or healthcare technology solutions (preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred).
• Experience writing detailed test cases and supporting QA activities (preferred).
