Consultant, Technology Product Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business goals, user needs, and operational challenges.
• Frame ambiguous problems into clear actionable plans with defined scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps connecting strategy, capabilities, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with architects to evaluate solution options and align technology with business intent.
• Conduct data-driven analysis of usage and performance to identify opportunities and measure results.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to support evidence-based decision making.
• Quantify potential benefits, risks, and costs associated with transformation initiatives and product changes.

What we're looking for

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Technology certifications or designations are encouraged but not required.
• Eight to ten years of experience delivering technology-enabled business solutions and transformational change across various industries and platforms.
• Experience as a management consultant for a mid-to-top-tier consulting firm is an acceptable equivalent to the required years of experience.
• Experience in operations or proximity to operations with a 30:70 ratio of business to technology experience.
• Experience developing roadmaps, building business cases, and executing projects through completion.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and negotiation skills with solid executive presence.
• Insurance or financial services industry knowledge is a plus.
