The role requires expertise in Layer 3 network design, RF engineering, and technical communication, with a preference for experience in DoD-managed network enclaves, mesh networking, NSA Type 1 encryption, and InfoSec practices.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain complex network laydowns for various systems.
  • Calculate RF link budgets and assess risk of lost links with fallback solutions.
  • Source, evaluate, and maintain networking equipment and services.
  • Work with customers to architect connectivity solutions for deployments.
  • Oversee network implementation during demonstration events and production site bring-ups.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in RF or network engineering with Layer 3 design knowledge
  • Experience in technical communication and customer interaction for connectivity solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Secret security clearance required
  • Familiarity with DoD-managed network enclaves (NIPR, SIPR)
  • Experience generating link budgets and assessing RF risks
