Configuration/System Change Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain an accurate and compliant Configuration Management Database (CMDB) reflecting the "as-configured" state.
• Manage and maintain the System Change Request (SCR) database throughout the entire change process.
• Lead bi-weekly Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review and approve changes.
• Conduct baseline identification, change control, status accounting, and configuration reviews.
• Execute comprehensive change implementation plans including validation steps, escalation plans, and rollback methods.
• Deliver weekly status reports on planned and unplanned changes to program leadership.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions or policy changes to management.
• Evaluate and recommend the best Configuration Management (CM) tools for the organization.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in configuration/change management and continuous improvement.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend the best Configuration Management tools.
• ITIL Certification (preferred).
• Agile SCRUM Master certification (preferred).
• Certification in Configuration Management, such as CMII (preferred).
