Configuration Manager

What you'll do

• Support IT service management, configuration management, and change control processes for enterprise IT services.
• Maintain accurate configuration baselines to improve service delivery transparency and repeatability.
• Administer configuration management and change control processes to protect technical baselines and service continuity.
• Coordinate with ITSM, engineering, and operations teams to document approved changes and maintain records.
• Resolve technical challenges with USINDOPACOM J6 stakeholders, service components, and mission partners.
• Prepare technical documentation, briefings, status inputs, and recommendations for customer and internal leadership.

What we're looking for

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience supporting the role, mission area, or equivalent DoD/enterprise IT environment.
• Must possess technical skills in configuration management, ITSM processes, change control, asset and baseline management, and documentation control.
• Must have strong communication, analytical problem-solving, technical writing, and customer engagement skills.
• Technical training, certification(s), or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience supporting USINDOPACOM, combatant command, service component, or joint/coalition mission environments (preferred).
• Experience in government site environments, ITIL Foundation, or with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM tools (preferred).
