What you'll do

Manage end-to-end operational health to ensure systems remain secure, available, and performant across all environments.
Lead a full-spectrum O&M practice including monitoring, configuration management, system administration, and incident response.
Build and maintain resilient infrastructure with proactive failure detection and automated recovery protocols.
Drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability using metrics to ensure SLA compliance.
Provide tiered technical support ranging from routine user issues to complex code-level fixes.
Manage transitions including new release onboarding, data migrations, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
Enforce strict configuration management and audit discipline to maintain a secure, well-governed environment.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have 10 or more years of related experience.
Must possess a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
Experience in cloud services and cloud computing is required.
Preferred certification in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google.
Experience with event bus programming and messaging products like MSMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS.
US Citizenship.
