What you'll do

Provide analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for innovative hardware systems and applications.
Ensure all developed systems comply with the enterprise technical architecture.
Perform end-to-end cost analysis for various projects.
Lead teams of contractor personnel to complete assigned tasks.
Collaborate with system developers to elicit requirements and engage in joint project planning.
Track project requirements and coordinate with internal business partners to gather necessary specifications.
Research emerging technologies in operating systems to identify impacts and anticipate organizational changes.
Manage project status reporting for senior management and prepare for CIO Project Management Program control gates.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
15+ years of related experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience in complex systems design, development, and lifecycle support for hardware and applications.
Ability to apply project management models such as Spiral, Waterfall, and Agile.
Proficiency in Cloud/AWS architecture and administration (preferred).
US Citizenship.
