What you'll do

Provide analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for innovative hardware systems and applications.
Ensure all systems being developed comply with the enterprise technical architecture.
Elicit requirements from system developers and internal business partners to guide project planning.
Track project requirements and maintain awareness of ongoing IT projects and business unit needs.
Develop end-to-end cost analyses for various projects.
Prepare project and program teams for CIO Project Management Program control gates.
Research latest technological developments in operating systems to identify organizational impacts and anticipate changes.
Lead teams of contractor personnel to complete assigned technical tasks.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have 15+ years of related experience.
Must have 5+ years of experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, or experience.
Must have skills in complex systems, systems design, and systems development.
Must be able to apply project management models such as Spiral, Waterfall, and Agile.
Must have experience in requirements elicitation, tracking, and lifecycle support for hardware systems and applications.
Cloud/AWS architecture and administration (preferred).
ServiceNow administration (preferred).
Database design, SQL, Oracle, and integration design (preferred).
Linux, JSON, Kubernetes, SQL scripting, and certificate management (preferred).
