  • Experience in leading the design of mechanically complex components or systems.
  • Ability to manage project tasks, including work breakdown, risk assessment, and timeline management.
  • Proficiency in documenting complex design choices, specifications, and technical requirements throughout all phases.
  • Capability to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams in less-defined environments.
