What you'll do

Own the end-to-end narrative for Maneuver Dominance products and associated contracts.
Execute proactive communications campaigns to influence defense, tech, and policy audiences.
Develop executive materials and secure high-impact speaking opportunities to establish leadership as thought leaders.
Create compelling messaging, op-eds, media pitches, and product launches highlighting technical innovations.
Maintain relationships with national security, defense trade, and technology reporters and influencers.
Identify and promote stories regarding technical developments, operational deployments, and customer successes.
Coordinate high-impact media experiences including field tests, site visits, and demonstrations.
Manage crisis and issue communications with discretion as needed.

What we're looking for

Must have 5-7 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, tech, policy, or a comparable field.
Experience with a focus on defense or aviation is preferred.
Experience working with or as a U.S. military Public Affairs Officer (PAO) is strongly preferred.
Must possess strong writing skills to craft tight narratives, punchy headlines, and memorable messaging.
Must be comfortable working directly with senior leaders, reporters, and technical experts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with composure, judgment, and attention to detail.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export-controlled information or facilities.
