What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in database or software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in competitive environments.
  • Native Arabic speaking ability required.
  • Experience working within quota and commission structures.
  • Ability to articulate value of complex technology solutions to customers.
  • Familiarity with sales tech stack tools like Salesforce.com, Outreach, Chorus.ai.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and coachability.
