Collective Trainer

What you'll do

• Use Army simulation tools in an immersive, gaming-based blended environment to train units from Individual to Company Level.
• Operate WSTC systems by performing power cycles, troubleshooting, and hardware repairs.
• Prepare networks and simulation environments before, during, and after training exercises.
• Design and integrate training scenarios that align with customer intent and doctrinal requirements.
• Maintain proficiency in Command and Control Information Systems and ensure interoperability between simulation platforms.
• Coach Soldiers on the use of simulation systems to achieve specific training objectives.
• Use scripts to adjust simulated variables, conditions, and environments based on customer requirements.
• Provide analytical and technical support for training projects and tactical documentation.

What we're looking for

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must currently possess a Secret Security Clearance.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and relevant work experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of simulation-based training experience.
• Must be a former Senior Noncommissioned Officer (E-7 or above) with Master Leader Course graduation or equivalent Professional Military Education.
• Must possess working knowledge of military simulations, Windows operating systems, C2IS systems, and scenario development.
• Must have familiarity with scripting and C++ programming and possess strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification is required, or a willingness to obtain them (preferred).
