Cloud Solution Engineer, Technical Program Execution is an individual contributor role focused on driving complex engineering engagements across a portfolio of strategic OCI customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating customer engineering teams, systems integrators, and internal product engineering teams to resolve blockers and manage dependencies for migrations, modernization efforts, and new workload adoption. The role requires expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, and public cloud platforms. You will solve complex technical problems involving enterprise migration, cloud-native, AI, and data workloads while ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on technical progress and risk management.

What you'll do

  • Lead complex technical initiatives from initial architecture and planning through final production adoption.
  • Translate customer priorities into detailed technical plans featuring milestones, deliverables, owners, and success criteria.
  • Identify technical risks and challenge architectural assumptions to determine the best path forward for customers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including systems integrators, delivery services, and product engineering on a unified execution plan.
  • Drive technical evaluations, migrations, modernization efforts, and new workload adoptions for strategic accounts.
  • Resolve technical blockers by working directly with Product Engineering to manage dependencies and deliver required capabilities.
  • Provide concise reporting on project status, risks, and required decisions to both technical and executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Experience of 3 to 5+ years is required.
  • Experience with cloud architecture, infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems (preferred).
  • Experience with OCI or another major public cloud platform (preferred).
  • Experience driving complex technical programs involving customers, engineering, partners, and delivery organizations (preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise migration, modernization, cloud-native, AI, or data workloads (preferred).
  • Experience working with Product Engineering on product gaps, roadmap dependencies, and escalations (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical programs clearly to both engineering and executive audiences (preferred).
