Cloud AWS Support Reliability Engineer (SRE)

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain AWS infrastructure to support business applications.
• Write Terraform IaC code to provision AWS services, custom applications, and COTS tools.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for deployment and rehydration.
• Implement observability and monitoring using tools like Grafana and CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve incidents to ensure system resiliency.
• Containerize code and COTS tools for cloud deployment.
• Resolve security vulnerabilities for principal platforms and products.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical product support.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated proficiency in writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Terraform IaC for AWS infrastructure.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building and troubleshooting automated CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AWS services including Lambda, S3, SNS, EKS, EC2, RDS, VPC, and others.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AWS IAM concepts, including Okta, encryption, key management, and vulnerability management.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.
• Knowledge of containerized middleware like NGINX, JBoss, and Tomcat.
• Technical writing skills for drafting run books, procedural manuals, and support documentation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or a protected individual under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).
