What we're looking for
10+ years of CICS Systems Programming experience in enterprise mainframe environments.
Advanced knowledge of CICS architecture, internals, administration, and performance tuning.
Strong experience supporting and managing CICSPlex environments.
Hands-on experience with z/OS, DB2 Data Sharing, MQ Shared Queue Managers, and REXX.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and lead technical initiatives across multiple teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to support a 24x7 production environment including on-call responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred); Master-level expertise with CICSPlex and related OEM products (preferred).
