Causal Inference Product Owner Clinical Design Modeling and Simulation

What you'll do

• Define and execute product roadmaps for AI-driven evidence generation and decision sciences.
• Lead end-to-end development of Real-World Evidence based causal inference modeling products.
• Drive technical strategy for agentic AI solutions to reduce clinical development cycle times.
• Manage the product backlog and serve as the primary decision-maker for feature requirements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business language for stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Track and optimize product metrics to ensure measurable impact on drug development costs and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams through agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of product increments.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in product management or complex digital solution development.
• 3+ years in model development or data science.
• Expert knowledge of causal modeling and causal inference, including familiarity with knowledge graphs, foundation models, and Real World Evidence analytics.
• Proficiency in AI technologies, clinical development applications, and agile/lean methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, SQL, and UX/UI principles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Ability to perform business analysis, including creating user stories, process flows, and ROI analysis.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred); scientific and data science background (preferred).
