What you'll do

Develop and enforce common data standards for clinical trial systems and protocol requirements.
Establish and maintain methodologies for designing clinical trial systems based on industry benchmarks.
Manage the on-time design and delivery of new clinical systems, integrations, and system modifications.
Track study progress using project management tools to identify and resolve risks to timelines or quality.
Ensure all work products comply with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and internal SOPs.
Lead cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives within the organization.
Coach and mentor team members to support their professional skill development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent.
Master's degree (preferred).
At least 5 years of hands-on technical study build experience in EDC.
Experience with technical study build in Medidata RAVE is required.
Veeva EDC technical study build experience (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, CDASH, and SDTM.
Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority and coach or mentor in a matrixed environment.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
